Alliance for Living

Description: Scattered Site Housing Program provides subsidized rental housing for people living with HIV/AIDS in New London County. Applicants must work with the housing coordinator and follow the recommendations of a Housing Care Plan. ELIGIBILITY: HIV Positive; New London County resident APPLICATION: Contact eh Housing Coordinator OTHER INFORMATION: All participants of the Scattered Site Housing Program sign leases with private landlords and pay between 35% and 37% of their household income to rent.; Essentials of Life Program is a once a month distribution, or an emergency distribution, or essential items to members of the Living Center. Anyone in need who is affected by AIDS/HIV in southeastern Connecticut can become a member of the Living Center. These items consist of food, personal care products and household cleaning supplies.
