UNITED SERVICES – PROGRAM
Description: Victims of domestic violence and their children receive shelter and support from professional counselors and trained volunteers. The hotline provides 24 hour assessment and intervention for people in domestic violence situations, including dating violence. The shelter is for women only, but the program will assist men who are domestic violence victims. United Services helps male victims find safe shelter and also provides counseling and TRO assistance for men.

HOLY FAMILY HOME AND SHELTER
Description: Emergency shelter for single mothers with children and pregnant women who are at least six months pregnant (NO OTHER SINGLE ADULTS), during periods of emergency, dislocation, crisis or hardship; intake hours: M-F: 9am- 5pm. Length of stay may vary, but is usually 60 days with extensions possible. Support services include budgeting, parenting workshops, nutritional information, housing search assistance, access to computers and the Internet, and transportation. There is an after school homework club with an educational coordinator assisted by volunteers and tutors.

WINDHAM REGION NO FREEZE HOSPITALITY CENTER
Description: This agency participates in a Unified Intake process and does not accept individual requests for shelter. Callers in need of shelter must call 2-1-1 for a referral.
No freeze winter shelter provides a place for homeless adults to stay between 7:30pm and 8:30am, 7 days/week, Nov. 1 through April. Warm beverages are available.
